Job Description:
We are currently recruiting for a Multi-Skilled Production Operative to join our client, a leading company in the Industrial industry, based in Leicester. This is a temporary position with an immediate start available.

Key Responsibilities:
- Undertake various tasks within the production line, ensuring high standards of quality and efficiency are maintained at all times.
- Operate machinery and equipment, following all safety guidelines and protocols.
- Carry out inspections and quality checks on products, reporting any issues or defects.
- Assist in the setup and changeover of machinery for different production runs.
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the production area to guarantee a safe working environment.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production targets and deadlines.

Qualifications and Skills:
- Previous experience as a production operative within the Industrial industry is desirable but not essential.
- Good manual dexterity and the ability to operate machinery efficiently.
- Attention to detail and a focus on quality control.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production targets.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Flexibility to work different shifts as required.
- Basic understanding of health and safety regulations.
