3. Follow production schedules and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and achieve production targets.
4. Troubleshoot and resolve minor technical issues, escalating larger problems to the maintenance team.
5. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to hygiene and safety regulations at all times.
6. Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate any concerns or suggestions for process improvements.

Qualifications:
1. Previous experience as a production operative or in a similar role within the industrial industry is highly desirable.
2. Excellent attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions and procedures accurately.
3. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
4. Basic knowledge of health and safety regulations within a manufacturing environment.
5. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
6. Flexibility to work in different shifts, including weekends if required.

Pay Rate: £24,960.00 per annum.
