Job Title: Night Warehouse Operative (Temporary)

Workchain, a UK-based recruitment agency, is currently seeking a Night Warehouse Operative on behalf of our esteemed client in the Industrial industry. Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and sort incoming stock, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in accordance with company standards
- Inspect products for defects, reporting any issues to the appropriate personnel
- Organize and maintain warehouse inventory, accurately recording stock movements and deliveries
- Perform stock replenishment as required to fulfill customer orders
- Safely operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, and maintain their cleanliness and functionality
- Assist in the loading and unloading of shipments, ensuring proper handling and storage of goods
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to health and safety guidelines
- Collaborate effectively with the warehouse team to achieve productivity targets and meet customer demands
- Complete any other tasks assigned by warehouse management

Qualifications:
- Previous experience working in a warehouse or similar environment is preferred
- Good physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy loads repeatedly
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling stock
- Proven ability to work autonomously or as part of a team, depending on workload and requirements
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated commitment to workplace safety and adherence to health and safety protocols
- Valid forklift license is desirable, but not essential

Pay Rate: £11.50 - £12.50 per hour
