Are you reliable, hardworking and able to work nights? We are currently recruiting for a Night Warehouse Operative on a temporary basis for our esteemed client based in Lutterworth. This is an excellent opportunity to gain industry experience and join a dynamic team within the industrial sector. Start time is midnight until 8am

Responsibilities:
- Carrying out general warehouse duties such as loading and unloading goods, stock replenishment, and packing items
- Operating and maintaining warehouse machinery and equipment
- Efficiently organizing and managing inventory to ensure optimal stock levels
- Adhering to health and safety guidelines and maintaining a clean and tidy work environment
- Collaborating with team members to achieve daily targets and meet tight deadlines
- Assisting with any other duties as assigned by supervisors or management

Qualifications:
- Prior warehouse experience is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided
- Ability to work efficiently in a physically demanding role, including lifting heavy items and standing for long periods
- Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational skills
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team
- Flexibility to work night shifts and availability for overtime when required
