We are currently seeking a Picker to join our client's team in Hereford. As a Picker, you will be responsible for selecting and packing orders in a fast-paced industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to customer specifications
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Assist with inventory management and stock control
- Follow health and safety procedures at all times
- Report any issues or discrepancies to the supervisor

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not essential
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
