Workchain, a leading recruitment agency in the UK, is currently seeking a Picker for our client based in Oakham. The job is temporary and offers a pay rate of £10.92 per hour. The successful candidate will be responsible for picking and packing products as per customer order requirements. The shift pattern will be 14:00pm to 22:00pm working Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities:

• Picking and packing products as per customer order requirements.
• Ensure the products are packed accurately and in the correct quantity.
• Assist the team in unpacking, inspecting, and storing incoming stock.
• Report any discrepancies in stock to the line manager.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a warehouse or production environment is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with targets to meet.
• Ability to work flexibly as per the client’s requirement.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
