Workchain is currently recruiting for a Plant Manager for our client in Telford. As the Plant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the plant, ensuring smooth production processes and maintaining a safe working environment for all employees.

This role will require you to work days and also nights 2 x weeks on a 0800 - 1800 and then 2 x weeks 2000 - 0600

Key Responsibilities:
- Managing and coordinating plant operations to meet production goals
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
- Monitoring production schedules and implementing efficiency improvements
- Managing and training plant staff
- Maintaining equipment and facilities
- Developing and implementing strategies to increase productivity and reduce costs

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a plant management role and galvanised experienced.
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations
- Technical background in related industry
