Workchain is currently recruiting for Production Operatives to join our client in Daventry on a temporary basis. As a Production Operative, you will be responsible for assisting in the manufacturing process and ensuring products are produced efficiently and accurately.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operating production machinery and equipment
- Monitoring the production process to ensure quality standards are met
- Packing and labelling finished products
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
- Assisting with stock checks and inventory management

Qualifications:
- Previous experience working in a production or manufacturing environment is desirable
- Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment
- Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
