About the Role

We’re currently seeking reliable and enthusiastic Production Operatives to join a well-established food manufacturing business based on Ascot Drive in Derby. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a company with a long-standing reputation for producing high-quality baked and confectionery products.

As a Production Operative, you’ll play a key role in the preparation, baking, and packaging of freshly made goods, working as part of a friendly, supportive team in a clean and fast-paced food production environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and production of bakery and confectionery products.

• Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.

• Monitor product quality and ensure items meet company standards.

• Pack, label, and palletise finished goods ready for dispatch.

• Maintain cleanliness and adhere to all food hygiene and safety regulations.

• Work as part of a team to meet daily production targets and deadlines.

Requirements
