Production Operative – Temp to Perm

£12.21 per hour | Monday – Friday | Weekly Rotating Shifts

We are currently recruiting Production Operatives to join a well-established manufacturing business specialising in high-quality packaging solutions. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity, offering long-term stability for the right candidate.

The Role

As a Production Operative, you will play a key part in the day-to-day running of the production process. Duties will include:

• Assisting on production lines

• Operating machinery safely and efficiently

• Carrying out basic quality checks

• Packing and preparing products for dispatch

• Keeping the work area clean and compliant with health & safety standards

Shifts & Pay

• Pay rate: £12.21 per hour

• Hours: Monday to Friday

• Weekly rotating shifts:

  • 6:00am – 2:00pm

  • 2:00pm – 10:00pm

• No weekend work

• Previous manufacturing or production experience is an advantage, but not essential as full training will be provided
