Workchain is currently looking for a dedicated Recycling Operative to join our client's team in Cheltenham. As a Recycling Operative, you will be responsible for sorting and processing recyclable materials in an efficient and environmentally friendly manner.

Key Responsibilities:
- Sorting and separating recyclable materials according to type
- Operating machinery and equipment to process materials
- Ensuring all health and safety procedures are followed
- Maintaining a clean and organized work environment
- Assisting with general warehouse duties as required

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in recycling or waste management preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
