Key responsibilities for this role include sorting and separating recyclable materials, operating machinery such as balers and shredders, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, and following health and safety guidelines at all times.

Candidates must have excellent attention to detail, be physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have a willingness to learn new skills and processes. Previous experience in recycling or waste management is beneficial but not essential.
