Workchain is currently looking for a motivated and hardworking Recycling Operative to join our client's team in Stroud. As a Recycling Operative, you will be responsible for assisting with the recycling process and ensuring that all materials are sorted and processed correctly.

Key Responsibilities:
- Sorting materials for recycling
- Operating recycling machinery
- Ensuring that all waste is disposed of safely and in accordance with company guidelines
- Keeping the work area clean and organized
- Assisting with general maintenance and repairs as needed

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not essential
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail
- Good physical fitness as the role may involve lifting and carrying heavy items
