Workchain is currently seeking a Recycling Operative to join our client's team in Stroud. As a Recycling Operative, you will be responsible for sorting and processing recyclable materials in an efficient and environmentally friendly manner.

Key Responsibilities:
- Sorting and separating recyclable materials
- Operating recycling machinery and equipment
- Ensuring health and safety guidelines are followed
- Keeping work areas clean and organized
- Assisting with general warehouse duties as needed

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a recycling or industrial setting preferred
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication skills
