Contract Type: Permanent, full-time
Hours of Work:

07:30 – 21:30

, any 3 days out of 7 (fixed rota, 42 hours per week – not flexible)

?? Rates of Pay

• Unqualified Support Worker: £12.60 per hour

• Qualified Support Worker: £12.85 per hour

• Team Leader: £14.18 per hour

?? About the Role

We are recruiting Support Workers and Team Leaders to join our dedicated team in children’s residential homes across Northamptonshire.
You’ll be supporting teenagers with learning disabilities, including some who are non-verbal, helping them to develop independence, confidence, and life skills within a safe and nurturing environment.

These are straight permanent opportunities — ideal for caring, reliable people who want to make a real difference.

????? What You’ll Be Doing

• Supporting young people with daily routines, personal care, and social activities

• Encouraging communication, independence, and positive behaviour

• Working within a small, supportive team to maintain a stable home environment

• Following individual care plans and safeguarding policies

• Completing basic daily records and reports

?? Requirements

• Previous experience in care or residential work is ideal but not essential

• Level 2 Diploma in Children and Young People (or equivalent) is advantageous but not required

• Full training will be provided for the right candidates

• Own transport is recommended due to unsociable finish times (21:30)
