Electrical Assembler

We're currently recruiting for an experienced Electrical Assembler for our client based in Leicester, LE5. They're one of the UK's leading manufacturers for electrical resistors within the rail, freight and communications sectors and are looking for the right Electrical Assembler to join their team.

Hours & Shift Pattern

You will be required to work 07:30-16:15 Monday to Thursday, 07:30-12:30 Friday. Overtime on Saturdays is also available on occasion to boost up your earnings.

This is ongoing work for the right candidate as they regularly have projects which last between 8-12 weeks continuously throughout the year.

Requirements

To be considered, applicants must meet the following requirements for this Electrical Assembler position:

• Experience in panel wiring
• Experience within a manufacturing environment
• Need to have an electrical qualification
• Be able to read/understand wiring diagrams
• Be competent using hand, crimping and power tools
• Be a self-starter/work on their own initiative
• Be able to work to deadlines
• Must be fit and able as this role is physically demanding
