Workchain is currently looking for a Vacuum Former to join our client's team in Tewkesbury. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining vacuum forming equipment to produce high-quality technical components.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operating vacuum forming machines to shape plastic materials
- Monitoring production output and adjusting machine settings as needed
- Ensuring all products meet quality standards and specifications
- Performing routine maintenance on equipment
- Following health and safety guidelines at all times

Qualifications:
- Previous experience operating vacuum forming machines
- Good understanding of technical drawings and specifications
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
