Job Title: Warehouse Admin

Shifts: 

Monday to Friday 1000 - 1400 great part time role! 

Key Responsibilities:
- Undertake general administrative duties related to warehouse operations, including maintaining records, updating databases, and processing documentation.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, ensuring all information is recorded correctly.
- Assist with inventory management and stock control, accurately recording goods received and dispatched.
- Support the warehouse team by creating and maintaining a safe and clean working environment.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and suppliers, ensuring clear and concise information flow.
- Assist with order processing, ensuring timely and accurate dispatch of products.
- Collaborate with the team to optimize warehouse procedures and workflows.

Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within a warehouse or industrial environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
- Proficient computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office Suite and data entry software.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work well within a team-based environment.
- Understanding of health and safety regulations within a warehouse setting.

Pay Rate: £10.46 per hour
