Warehouse Operative – Late Shift (Temp to Perm)

We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to join a busy and well-established warehouse operation on a temp-to-perm basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone seeking long-term, stable work with consistent hours and no weekend working.

Shift & Hours:

• Monday to Friday

• 16:30 – 00:30

• 40 hours per week

• No weekends

Pay Rates:

• £13.50 per hour while on agency

• £14.20 per hour once permanent

Key Duties:

• Unloading containers safely and efficiently

• Moving products into chilled and freezer storage areas

• Manual handling of goods in line with health & safety procedures

• General warehouse duties, including keeping work areas clean and organised

• Working as part of a team to meet daily operational targets

Working Environment:

• Temperature-controlled areas including fridges and freezers

• Full PPE provided, including cold-weather gear

• Supportive team environment with clear processes in place

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year warehouse experience

• Comfortable with manual handling and physical work

• Happy working in chilled and freezer environments

• Reliable, punctual, and able to commit to late shifts

• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
