Workchain is currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to join our client's busy team in Northampton. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with all aspects of warehouse operations, including picking and packing orders, loading and unloading deliveries, and maintaining inventory records.

Key Responsibilities:
- Picking and packing orders accurately and efficiently
- Loading and unloading delivery vehicles
- Stock replenishment and inventory control
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
- Adhering to health and safety regulations at all times

Qualifications:
- Previous experience working in a warehouse environment is preferred
- Good physical fitness and ability to lift heavy objects
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
