We are currently recruiting Warehouse Operatives to join a busy and well-established warehouse operation in Derby. This temporary role is ideal for reliable and hardworking individuals who have previous experience in a warehouse or factory environment and are looking for consistent day-shift work with weekly pay.

As a Warehouse Operative, you will play a key role in supporting daily warehouse operations, ensuring goods are handled efficiently, accurately, and safely to meet business demands.

Key Responsibilities:

• Loading and unloading deliveries from vehicles in a safe and timely manner

• Picking, packing, and preparing orders for dispatch

• Accurately handling stock and following picking lists or instructions

• Assisting with general warehouse duties as required

• Maintaining high standards of housekeeping to ensure a clean, organised, and safe working environment

• Following all health and safety procedures on site

Requirements:

• Previous experience working as a Warehouse Operative, Factory Worker, or similar role

• Good attention to detail and accuracy when handling orders

• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team

• Physically fit and able to carry out manual handling tasks

• Reliable, punctual, and committed to completing assigned shifts
