We are currently recruiting Warehouse Operatives to join a busy and well-established wholesale distribution site based in Derby. This is a temporary role offering regular hours, weekly pay, and the opportunity to gain experience within a high-volume warehouse environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Warehouse Operative, your duties will include:

• Accurately picking and packing customer orders to meet daily targets

• Loading and unloading deliveries, including manual handling of stock

• Carrying out quality checks to ensure products meet required standards

• Using basic warehouse equipment and systems where required

• Keeping work areas clean, tidy, and compliant with health and safety standards

• Following site rules, procedures, and health & safety guidelines at all times

What We’re Looking For

• Previous warehouse experience is preferred, particularly in fast-paced environments

• Ability to work efficiently while maintaining accuracy and quality

• Good attention to detail and awareness of health & safety

• Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
