We are currently seeking a Warehouse Operative to join our client's team in Hereford. The Warehouse Operative will be responsible for various tasks within the warehouse, including but not limited to picking and packing orders, loading and unloading deliveries, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Key responsibilities:
- Picking and packing orders accurately and efficiently
- Loading and unloading deliveries in a timely manner
- Keeping the warehouse clean and organized
- Following health and safety guidelines at all times
- Working as part of a team to ensure all tasks are completed to a high standard

Qualifications required:
- Previous experience working in a warehouse setting is preferred but not essential
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
- A proactive and motivated attitude towards work
