Job Overview

We are currently recruiting Late Shift Warehouse Operatives for an established distribution site in Upper Heyford. This is ongoing, full-time work with consistent hours, ideal for candidates looking for stable evening employment.

The role is physically demanding and involves manual handling of large household items, so applicants must be physically fit and comfortable with heavy lifting.

Key Responsibilities

• Manual handling and movement of large household goods

• Loading and unloading items such as:

  • TVs

  • Washing machines

  • Fridges

  • Sofas and chairs

• Working as part of a warehouse team to meet deadlines

• Ensuring goods are handled safely and correctly

• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

• Following health & safety procedures at all times

Requirements

• Must be physically fit and able to carry out heavy lifting throughout the shift

• Previous warehouse or manual handling experience preferred (but not essential)

• Reliable, punctual, and committed to ongoing work

• Able to work late evening/night hours consistently

• Good teamwork and communication skills
