Safely and effectively deliver a variety of goods to designated locations within Grantham and its surrounding areas. 2. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle, ensuring its roadworthiness and reporting any issues to the line manager. 3. Correctly load and unload goods, ensuring their secure transportation to the required destination. 4. Utilize your exceptional multitasking abilities to navigate routes, plan deliveries, and successfully meet deadlines. 5. Provide exceptional customer service by delivering goods promptly, courteously, and professionally. 6. Maintain accurate records of deliveries made, including receipts and signatures, as required. 7. Adhere to all relevant legislation, regulations, and company policies, ensuring compliance with driving and safety protocols at all times. Qualifications and Requirements: 1. Valid UK driving license with a Category C1 entitlement to drive a 7.5-tonne vehicle. 2. Proven experience as a multi-drop delivery driver, preferably in a similar capacity. 3. Excellent driving skills and a thorough understanding of road safety regulations. 4. Strong time management skills with the ability to work to tight deadlines. 5. Exceptional attention to detail to ensure accurate delivery documentation and records. 6. Good communication and customer service skills to interact effectively with clients. 7. Flexibility in working hours, including weekends and occasional overtime, as per business needs.
