Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a HGV Class 2 vehicle, following all relevant driving regulations and protocols
- Transport goods and materials to designated locations promptly and efficiently
- Ensure accurate completion of delivery paperwork and maintain records as required
- Perform routine checks and inspections on the vehicle before and after each use
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, particularly with regards to health and safety regulations
- Provide exceptional customer service during each delivery, maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor
- Collaborate with dispatchers and other team members to ensure smooth logistics and timely deliveries
- Report any vehicle maintenance issues or incidents immediately to the appropriate Supervisor or Manager

Qualifications and Requirements:
- Possession of a valid HGV Class 2 license is essential
- A valid CPC (Certificate of Professional Competence) qualification
- Proven experience in a similar driving role, preferably within the HGV Class 2 category
- Excellent driving skills, with a clean driving record
- Strong knowledge of UK driving regulations and safety procedures
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
- Exceptional time management and organizational abilities
- A positive attitude and good problem-solving skills
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and overtime when required
