Job Title: Commercial Gas Contracts Manager Type: Permanent Industry: Technical and Engineering Salary: £50kpa to £70kpa depending on experience + OTE plus excellent company benefits Workchain is currently seeking an experienced Commercial Gas Contracts Manager to join our client based in Derby, DE1 on a permanent basis.This role is covering nationally, developing our clients commercial&nbsp;gas sector and service.You will play a key role in the commercial gas contracts management, delivering a quality service and growing this commercial gas service.This role is a hybrid position, depending on workload, 3 days office based and 2 days from home / meetings.This role is being recruited for on a permanent basis. Candidate Key Responsibilities:·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Manage a portfolio of&nbsp;commercial&nbsp;gas&nbsp;contracts, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budgets·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers and subcontractors to ensure successful project delivery·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Identify opportunities for growth within the&nbsp;commercial&nbsp;department and driving the expansion of&nbsp;contracts&nbsp;and services·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Oversee the technical and operational aspects of the&nbsp;contracts, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Lead and mentor a team of engineers, ensuring high levels of performance and customer satisfactionCandidate Key Requirements:·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Proven ability to successfully manage&nbsp;commercial&nbsp;gas&nbsp;contracts including large scale projects and company specifications·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Have a strong network of contacts within the gas industry and be capable of delivering works and driving business growth·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Exceptional leadership, organizational and communication skills·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Knowledge of health and safety regulations and industry standardsCandidates must hold a full UK Driving Licence.Hours of work are Monday to Friday, 8am to 5.30pm, with overtime available during busy periods.The starting salary is £50kpa to £70kpa, with excellent company benefits including a company vehicle, company mobile and laptop and OTE package.Candidates must hold a full UK Driving Licence with no more than 6 points.If you are a dedicated and experienced Commercial Gas Contracts Manager looking for a new opportunity then we want to hear from you.Please apply online and complete the application form to be considered for this position.
