Job Overview:
We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Leather Trimmer to join our team in Kettering. The successful candidate will be responsible for trimming, cutting, and finishing leather materials to a high standard, ensuring quality and consistency across all products.

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately trim and cut leather components according to specifications
Operate hand tools and machinery safely and efficiently
Inspect materials for quality and report any defects
Follow production schedules to meet deadlines
Maintain a clean and organised work area
Work as part of a team to achieve production targets
Adhere to all health and safety regulations

Requirements:

Previous experience working with leather or in a similar manufacturing role preferred
Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
Ability to follow instructions and technical drawings
Good time management and reliability
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
