Job Role: Warehouse & Returns Assistant with FLT Counterbalance

Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday or Tuesday to Saturday 12 – 9pm (hours may slightly vary)

Key Responsibilities:

Carry out order picking for held items, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in

fulfilling requirements.

Manage returns operations, including:

Greeting van drivers upon arrival and assisting with offloading returns

Identifying and directing returns to the correct supplier return lanes

Handling and processing return from designated lanes

Accurately logging all returns in the returns log

Update the 3PL (third-party logistics) list accurately

Relocate held items into designated storage locations

Perform system updates and processing using Clarus

Take notes or photos of item labels when required

Move approved stock from hold areas back into warehouse picking locations.

Stock count returns lanes

Occasionally Creating manifests for back to brand

Key Skills & Requirements

Strong attention to detail

Ability to follow structured processes

Basic IT skills (data entry, system navigation, Excel)

Good communication skills (liaising with drivers)

Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment

Manual handling capability

Counterbalance certification Required

Desirable Experience

Previous warehouse or logistics experience

Experience with returns processing

Familiarity with stock management system
