Job Title: Plastic Injection Moulder Location: Sudbury Type: Permanent Industry: Technical and Engineering Salary: £32,000 per annum + O/T + excellent company benefits Workchain is currently seeking a Multi Skilled Plastic Injection Moulder to join our client in Sudbury on a permanent basis.We are seeking a reliable and experienced Multi Skilled Plastic Injection Moulder.This role is being recruited for on a permanent basis.Immediate interviews and starts are available. Key Responsibilities:·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; To maximise the efficiencies and production within the manufacturing department·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Ensure that all tool changes and set ups are carried out with minimal machine downtime·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Implement machine start up’s using setting plans·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Carry out machine set up’s·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Report moulding and tooling issues to management and the manufacturing team·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Perform maintenance tasks on injection moulding machines·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Identify and support continuous improvement opportunitiesKey Experience:·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Have an apprenticeship or similar qualification in injection moulding or related field, or equivalent experience in manufacturing·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Excellent interpersonal and communication skills·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Experience in injection moulding ideally·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Have an experience of standard inspection tools and part inspectionHours of work are Monday to Friday 6.00am to 2.30pm, Monday to Friday 2.30pm to 11.00pm rotating, also, various fixed shifts including fixed days depending on business needs.The starting salary is £32kpa, with excellent company benefits.If you are a dedicated and experienced injection moulder looking for a new opportunity, then we want to hear from you.Please apply online and complete the application form to be considered for this position.
