Key Responsibilities: - Assisting the driver with the loading and unloading of goods, ensuring they are handled safely and securely. - Accompanying the driver on delivery routes, offering support and providing exceptional customer service. - Helping to navigate to different destinations, optimizing efficiency and timeliness. - Ensuring the safe transportation of goods by following all relevant health and safety procedures. - Assisting with paperwork and documentation, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail. - Adhering to all company policies and industry regulations. - Maintaining a clean and organized work environment, both inside the vehicle and at delivery locations. - Acting as a positive representative of our client, promoting their brand and values at all times. Qualifications: - Previous experience working in a similar role or within the driving industry is desirable. - Strong teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with the driver and other team members. - Excellent customer service skills, ensuring a professional and friendly attitude towards customers and clients. - Physical fitness and capability to handle heavy lifting and manual handling tasks. - A valid driving license is advantageous but not mandatory.
