Workchain Recruitment Services is currently seeking a dedicated and reliable Night Warehouse Operative for our esteemed client in Lutterworth. This is a temporary position within the Industrial industry and offers a competitive pay rate of £10.50 per hour.

As a Night Warehouse Operative, your main responsibilities will include:

1. Picking and packing orders accurately and efficiently to meet customer demand.
2. Checking the quality of products, ensuring they meet the required standards.
3. Loading and unloading goods from delivery vehicles, ensuring items are safely secured.
4. Maintaining a clean and organized work area to enhance overall productivity and safety standards.
5. Operating various warehouse machinery and equipment, such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and ladders, in a safe manner.
6. Assisting with stock control and inventory management, including conducting regular stock checks and reporting any discrepancies.
7. Collaborating with the warehouse team to efficiently meet daily targets and deadlines.
8. Following all health and safety procedures at all times to ensure a safe working environment.

To be considered for this role, you must possess the following qualifications and skills:

1. Previous experience working in a warehouse environment, preferably during night shifts.
2. Good physical stamina and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling heavy and bulky items.
3. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy when picking and packing orders.
4. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team.
5. The flexibility to work night shifts, which may include weekends and public holidays.
6. A valid forklift license is desirable but not essential.
7. Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
