Workchain is currently seeking a Sales Executive for our clients nationally recognised operations, with offices based in Sutton Coldfield, B76.

Working with the sales team, the main purpose of your role will be to maximise sales by building first class relationships with customers both over the telephone and face to face, whilst maintaining excellent customer service levels.

This role is field based and a permanent position.

Key responsibilities:

· Manage and develop strong relationships with existing customers

· Provide excellent levels of customer service at all times

· Prepare product costing, present options to customers and sales quotations, provide advice and guidance on products

· Maintain productive professional relationships with key personnel including those in

· Take full responsibility or the new customer / new product set up

· Ensure KPIs and sales targets are met

Qualifications, requirements and experience:

· Building products knowledge and business to business sales experience gained within the building industry is preferable however full training is provided

· Demonstrable track record of account management and business development

· Excellent relationship building and communication skills to support and maintain effective working relationships with customers

· Computer literate

· Excellent time management and organisational skills

Hours of work are Monday to Friday, 7.30am to 5.00pm and 1 Saturday in 3.

The starting salary is from £30kpa to £35kpa depending on experience, with excellent company benefits including company mobile and laptop.
