Responsibilities:
- Safely transporting goods and ensuring timely delivery within the specified area
- Loading and unloading items onto and off the vehicle, following proper handling procedures
- Conducting routine vehicle checks to ensure roadworthiness and adherence to safety standards
- Planning routes efficiently to optimize time management and maintain on-time deliveries
- Maintaining accurate delivery records and obtaining necessary signatures on paperwork
- Providing exceptional customer service by acting as the face of the company during deliveries
- Adhering to all relevant driving regulations and maintaining a clean driving record
- Collaborating with the dispatch team to coordinate delivery schedules effectively

Qualifications:
- Prior experience as a Car/Van Driver is desirable, but not essential
- Possession of a valid, clean UK driving license (Category B) is essential
- Strong adaptability to changing delivery schedules and willingness to work flexible hours
- Excellent time management skills to meet daily targets and ensure prompt deliveries
- Good knowledge of local routes, traffic regulations, and practical navigation abilities
- Ability to work independently, follow instructions, and exercise sound judgment during deliveries
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to provide excellent customer service
- Physically fit to handle heavy items and perform loading/unloading tasks effectively
- Reliable, punctual, and willing to go the extra mile to provide a seamless experience to customers

Pay Rate: £10.50 per hour
