The Role:

We are currently recruiting for a skilled Extrusion Operative to join our team at our Lodge Farm site in Northampton. This is a permanent position with an immediate start available for the right candidate.

Initially, the successful candidate will work on day shifts

(07:00 – 15:30

, Mon–Fri) for approximately the first month to allow for full training on our extrusion operation. After successful completion of the training period, you’ll transition to our permanent PM shift (15:00 – 23:30, Mon–Fri) and receive an increased salary.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor extrusion machinery as part of our recycling process.
Ensure production targets are met efficiently and safely.
Conduct quality checks and ensure product meets specifications.
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting.
Accurately record production data and report issues promptly.
Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors.

What We’re Looking For:

Prior experience operating extrusion machinery is essential.
A solid background in manufacturing or recycling processes.
Strong mechanical aptitude and good attention to detail.
Reliable, motivated, and safety-conscious.
Ability to follow instructions and work independently after training.
