Job Title: Class 2 Driver

Location: Swadlincote

Employment Type: Temp To Perm Contract

Schedule: Monday to Friday, starting between 3:00 AM - 6:00 AM

Salary: Competitive, based on experience

Responsibilities:

Safely operate a Class 2 vehicle to deliver goods to designated locations.
Adhere to delivery schedules and ensure timely completion of routes.
Load and unload cargo as required, ensuring proper handling and securing of items.
Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure the vehicle's roadworthiness.
Maintain accurate records of deliveries and report any issues or discrepancies.
Provide exceptional customer service and represent the company in a professional manner.

Requirements:

Valid Class 2 driver's license with a clean driving record.
Proven experience as a Class 2 Driver, preferably in a warehouse or distribution setting.
Excellent driving skills and knowledge of road safety regulations.
Ability to start work early and maintain a consistent schedule.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Physical fitness to handle loading and unloading tasks.
Flexibility to work additional hours as needed.
