Night Shift: 22:00 – 06:00
Training Period: You may be required to work Day Shift (08:00 – 17:00) for approximately 3 working weeks during initial training.

Job Description

We are currently recruiting a reliable and safety-focused VNA / Counterbalance Forklift Driver to join a busy warehouse team on night shifts. This role involves operating VNA and counterbalance trucks to move stock, load/unload vehicles, replenish racking, and maintain an organised warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities

Operate VNA and counterbalance forklifts safely and efficiently
Load and unload vehicles
Move, stack, and organise materials within the warehouse
Support stock control and replenishment
Maintain a clean and safe working environment
Follow site health & safety procedures at all times
Work as part of a fast-paced warehouse team

Requirements

Valid VNA and Counterbalance forklift licences
Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution environment
Ability to work night shifts after the training period
Good communication and teamwork skills
Reliability and strong attention to safety
