Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operating a 7.5-tonne vehicle to transport goods and materials in a timely and efficient manner
- Ensuring adherence to all relevant laws and regulations regarding vehicle operation and safety
- Conducting daily vehicle inspections and reporting any issues or defects to the appropriate personnel
- Loading and unloading goods as necessary, ensuring proper securing and handling of cargo
- Planning delivery routes and maintaining accurate records of deliveries and collections
- Providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor at all times
- Assisting with additional tasks or duties as required by the employer

Qualifications and Skills:
- Hold a valid Category C1 (7.5-tonne) driving license
- Minimum of 1-year experience driving 7.5-tonne vehicles professionally
- Possess a valid Driver CPC qualification and digital tachograph card
- Good knowledge of road safety regulations and traffic laws
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers and colleagues
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Flexibility to work irregular hours and weekends, as dictated by business needs
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle unexpected situations calmly and efficiently

Pay Rate: £12.00 per hour
