Job Title: Temporary Drivers Mate in Nottingham

We are currently looking for a dedicated and reliable Drivers Mate to join our client's team in Nottingham. Responsibilities:
- Assisting the delivery driver with loading and unloading goods and materials from the vehicle
- Ensuring the safe and secure transportation of goods to customers' premises
- Conducting pre-trip inspections to ensure the vehicle is roadworthy
- Providing exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns
- Maintaining accurate records of deliveries and assisting with paperwork as required
- Adhering to strict health and safety procedures at all times
- Collaborating with the delivery driver to optimize the delivery route and maximize efficiency

Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Drivers Mate or in a similar role is desirable but not essential
- Valid UK driver's license (preferably with no more than 3 penalty points)
- Physically fit and capable of lifting heavy items
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work well as part of a team and follow instructions
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Familiarity with basic vehicle maintenance is advantageous

Pay rate: £500.00 to £525.00 per week
