About the Role
We are currently recruiting a reliable and motivated Distribution Operative to join a busy distribution operation in the High Wycombe area. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity offering stable weekday hours and long-term prospects for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

• Picking, packing, and preparing orders for dispatch

• Loading and unloading goods safely and efficiently

• Working to deadlines in a fast-paced distribution environment

• Maintaining a clean and safe working area

• Following all health & safety procedures

What We’re Looking For

• Previous warehouse or distribution experience preferred (but not essential)

• Ability to work split shifts on a weekly rotation

• Good attention to detail and timekeeping

• Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling

• A positive, team-focused attitude
