Hours: Rotating split shifts:

• Week 1: 06:45–14:45

• Week 2: 14:45–23:15

  
  Pay: £13-£14ph (Dependant on experience) Weekly

We are seeking a reliable Distribution Operative to join a busy warehouse team in High Wycombe. This is a temp-to-perm role offering weekly pay and the chance to secure a long-term position in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Blue wrap equipment to ensure safe storage and transport

• Move stock around the warehouse and maintain an organised workspace

• Load and unload containers efficiently and safely

• Perform general physical warehouse tasks as required

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous warehouse, logistics, or physical work experience (desirable but not essential)

• Ability to work rotating split shifts

• Strong work ethic and reliability

• Comfortable with physical tasks and manual handling

• Team player with a proactive approach
