Job Title: Forklift Driver – Counterbalance
Location: Stoke-on-Trent
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am – 4:00pm
Salary: £26,500.00 per annum

We are seeking an experienced Counterbalance Forklift Driver to join a busy warehouse team in Stoke-on-Trent on an ongoing basis. This role involves both forklift operation and manual warehouse duties, making it ideal for reliable candidates who are physically fit and safety-conscious.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a counterbalance forklift to move materials throughout the warehouse

• Load and unload delivery vehicles

• Transport products to designated storage areas

• Carry out manual handling tasks, including moving and stacking goods

• Maintain a clean and organised work environment

• Adhere to all health and safety regulations

Requirements:

• Valid counterbalance forklift licence

• Minimum of 4 years recent forklift experience in an industrial or warehouse setting

• Comfortable with manual handling tasks

• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
