Job Title: HGV Class 1 Driver

Location: Stoke-on-Trent

Pay Rate: £15.00 per hour days, paid weekly every Wednesday

Hours: Monday to Friday, 6am - 7am starts, 50 - 55 hours a week

Workchain are currently recruiting for experienced and reliable HGV Class 1 Drivers to work for our client based in Stoke-on-Trent on an ongoing basis. If you are available immediately and have experience in this type of work, we want you to apply.

The key responsibilities for this role are as follows:

- To deliver and pick up goods to and from different locations throughout the UK
- General haulage and palletised goods
- To complete all relevant paperwork accurately and on time
- To ensure the vehicle is checked before and after each use
- To comply with all driving regulations and legislation

The ideal candidate will have:

- A valid HGV Class 1 licence
- At least 1 year of experience on HGV Class 1 licence
- No more than 6 points on their licence
- A good understanding of driving regulations and legislation
