Machine Operative

Days & Nights Available | £13–£15 per hour

We are recruiting Machine Operatives to join a busy manufacturing environment within the fencing and security products sector. This is a hands-on role ideal for reliable candidates looking for consistent work.

The Role

As a Machine Operative, your responsibilities will include:

• Operating production machinery safely and efficiently

• Monitoring machine performance and reporting any faults

• Feeding materials into machines and removing finished products

• Carrying out basic quality checks

• Adhering to health and safety procedures at all times

• Keeping the work area clean and organised

Shifts and Pay

Day Shift

• 6:00am – 6:00pm

• £13.00 per hour

Night Shift

• 6:00pm – 5:00am

• £15.00 per hour

Overtime may be available depending on business needs.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous machine operating or manufacturing experience preferred but not essential

• Good attention to detail

• Reliable, punctual and hardworking

• Ability to work well as part of a team

• Willingness to learn and follow processes
