We are currently looking for a Production Operative to join our client in Clacton-On-Sea on a temporary basis. As a Production Operative, you will be responsible for working within the industrial sector to ensure the smooth running of production processes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operating machinery and equipment in line with production requirements
- Monitoring quality control to ensure products meet industry standards
- Following health and safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment
- Assisting with the assembly and packing of products as required
- Working efficiently to meet production targets and deadlines

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment is preferred
- Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions
- Good attention to detail and a strong work ethic
- Flexibility to work different shifts as required
