Sales Executive | Sutton Coldfield

Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 + Benefits | Permanent

We are supporting a fantastic business in their search for a Sales Executive. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated sales professional to join a growing team and play a key role in driving business development and maintaining strong client relationships.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage and grow existing customer accounts while identifying new opportunities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and act as a trusted advisor

• Prepare accurate quotations, product costings, and present tailored solutions

• Achieve KPIs and sales targets through proactive account management

• Take ownership of new customer and product onboarding

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally within the building products industry (training provided)

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Excellent organisational and time management abilities

• Computer literate and confident with sales systems

Hours: Monday–Friday 7:30am–5:00pm + 1 Saturday in 3
