We are recruiting on behalf of an established and growing sheet metal manufacturing company based in Leicester. The business has a strong and diverse customer base, producing everything from simple profiles to high-quality, complex fabricated assemblies.

You will be working on a variety of components and assemblies, ensuring all welds meet quality and manufacturing standards.

Key Responsibilities
• MIG and TIG welding on carbon steel (mild steel), stainless steel and aluminium.
• Working from and interpreting manufacturing and engineering drawings.
• Producing high-quality welds on sheet metal and fabricated assemblies.
• Ensuring all work meets required quality standards.
• Supporting wider fabrication and production processes as required.

Requirements
• Minimum 12 months' experience in MIG and TIG welding.
• Experience working with mild steel, stainless steel and aluminium.
• Ability to read and understand manufacturing drawings.
• Good attention to detail and quality standards.

Working Hours: Monday - Thursday: 07:30am - 16:00pm, Friday: 07:30am - 13:00pm
