Wage range £13.50 to £16.50 depending on experience.
Monday – Friday 0800 – 1730hrs
Alternative Saturday 0800 – 1200 paid as overtime (time and a half)
Overtime and call outs paid in addition

We are now recruiting for an experienced HGV Commercial Trailer Technician to join our team at our Ipswich depot, 1 years of experience is required for this role.
It is essential you hold a Full clean UK Driving licence. HGV license is an advantage but not essential, training available for the right person.
Full-time role, based out of our Ipswich depot.
Working 5 days a week Monday to Friday and every other Saturday.
Daily tasks will include:
Monitor and manage the effective use of workshop resources for the Trailer Division
Inspect and prepare trailers for MOT inspections ensuring trailers meet the requirements set out by VOSA & the DVSA
Contribute to the maintenance of a safe and efficient workshop
Work with service and parts staff in order to ensure each job you are assigned is repaired efficiently
Interpret diagnostic information/readouts and use wiring diagrams effectively
Use a range of diagnostic equipment. Report faults using company procedures and recommend suitable further actions
Test the function of repaired and fitted components
Adhere to business processes and complete documentation following workplace procedures
