Despatch Operatives–Immediate Starts (Temporary)

We’re currently recruiting experienced Despatch Operatives to join a busy, fast-paced warehouse operation in the Ballymena area.

This is a key role within the team, ensuring orders are picked, handled, and dispatched accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurate order picking of products and materials

• Loading/unloading deliveries and completing associated paperwork

• Stock control, reconciliation, and system updates

• Maintaining product quality (date rotation & temperature control)

• Ensuring high standards of health & safety and hygiene

• Operating pallet trucks and FLT (where licensed)

What We’re Looking For:

• Valid FLT licence with recent, hands-on experience

• Previous experience in a warehouse/despatch environment

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to communicate effectively with internal teams

• Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently
