Shift pattern - Monday - Friday 0900 - 1700

We are currently seeking a Warehouse Operative for our esteemed client in Braintree within the Industrial industry. This permanent role offers a competitive pay rate of £12.00 per hour.

Responsibilities:
- Efficiently handle all incoming and outgoing warehouse materials, ensuring accurate loading and unloading
- Operate and maintain warehouse equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, and packing machinery
- Safely and securely stack, pack, and palletize products for storage or shipment
- Conduct regular stock checks and ensure accurate inventory records are maintained
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily targets and operational requirements
- Assist with the coordination of product deliveries and transportation as required
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the warehouse facility

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar warehouse or logistics role is highly desirable
- Demonstrated ability to operate warehouse machinery and equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and packing machines
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling goods and maintaining inventory records
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and the ability to adhere to them
- Effective teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to follow instructions and work independently when required
- Physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
